Student attendance calendars were approved in June, 2012 that include a possible student vacation day in May as a cost-saving measure.

• First day of school is Thursday, August 16.
• Conferences are scheduled mid-November and mid-March.
• Winter break is Dec. 21 through January 4.
• Presidents' week is set for February 18-22
• Spring recess is March 29 through April 5
• Last day of school is June 6, 2013

• March 6-8: Parent-Teacher conferences (elementary)
• March 15: end of quarter (middle and high schools)
• April 26: (middle and schools)
• June 4-6: (elementary and high schools)
• June 5-6: (middle schools)

Students are dismissed earlier than normal on all Wednesdays to provide collaboration time for school staffs. See individual school schedules for dismissal times.
